The University of Exeter in the United Kingdom awarded Rohit Gupta an MSc in Finance and Management. In 2007, he joined his family's business and embarked on the group's foray into the world of technology and mobile phones. He has built and led these businesses to become growth engines and market leaders over the last decade. He also became the vice-chairman of this family business after the death of his father.

In addition to his role as director, he is a member of the board of directors of Shivam Cement Limited, Nepal's largest integrated cement plant. He also holds stakes in many BFIs including Asian Life Insurance, Mahalaxmi Development Bank, Nepal Infrastructure Bank, and Pruden Financial. He is also a member of the National Council of CNI (Confederation of Nepalese Industries), a prominent industry trade lobby group, and from June 2018 to 2020, he led and relaunched CNIYEF (Confederation of Nepalese Industries Young Entrepreneurship Forum), the organization's youth entrepreneurship wing. 

Mr. Pratik Jalan is the Executive director of Ramesh Corp. A successful entrepreneur, he leads various verticals within his business, such as IT, Cloud and Telecom services, technological Investments, and more.

He graduated from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce at 22 in order to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions in Nepal. He was named Nepal's Young Achiever in 2017 by Thought Leaders & CMO Asia, and he has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization since 2014.
He believes in breaking boundaries and being bold and innovative to bring about change. Among the many things he has said through his work are that ideas win, age is nothing but a number, and hard work leads to success.
